Please email email@example.com with your request & provide your name, contact number and invoice number. We will respond with 2-3 business days to assist with your enquiry.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure or damaged item which cannot be repaired.
Please note all new pianos come with a manufacturers warranty and we are happy to assist with an assessment to repair or replace faulty goods as per supplier standards.
Any returned items will be at the cost and responsibility of the consumer.
No refunds will be given for incorrect choice or if you have simply changed your mind.
Refunds will be processed within 5 business days in the form of original method of payment or store credit.
